Chocolate Peanut Butter Fat Bomb Candy

For all those peanut butter cup lovers who want to increase their fat intake in style. This is an easy recipe and one of our household staples that is always in our freezer.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup refined coconut oil
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter (no sugar added)
  • 3 tablespoons grass-fed butter
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cacao or cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons stevia

Instructions

  1. Melt in the microwave: coconut oil, peanut butter, and butter
  2. Whisk in cacao/cocoa powder and stevia
  3. Pour into candy molds and freeze for 30 minutes
  4. Depending on the mold size your number of servings can vary, our molds made 45.

If you like to add coconut flavor, use unrefined coconut oil. 

Also we often use dark cocoa powder, others can use cacao powder. There are a lot of health benefits from cacao powder, it is less processed than cocoa powder and has more nutrients because of this. 

Make sure all of the ingredients are without sugar and have the least amount of additives as possible. The goal is to keep your insulin response down and to give your body something nutritious, filling and enjoyable.
