Low Carb Taco Seasoning

Since I love Mexican food this is an essential recipe as most store bought taco seasoning is packed with fillers and hidden carbs. Make your own instead! It's more flavorful and pretty easy to put together.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup ground cumin
  • 1/4 cup chili powder (review label to make sure no sugar or other fillers are included)
  • 2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

More Information

Put all in bowl and mix. Store in an airtight jar for up to six months. 1/4 cup is roughly the same as one packet of taco seasoning.
